Great team structure that encourages sharing of ideas and seeking help from colleagues and managers. Easy to get along with colleagues and collaborate with them.

Good work culture, People are willing to spend time after hours. Hierarchy is purely structural and everybody is treated equally.

Very good culture. There is a horizontal structure, however, one generally feels heard. We catch up for social events every two months, which is great for team building. Each grad is also assigned a mentor who you see once a month and a functional manager who is in charge of you on a day-to-day basis.

Very good culture of flexible work, friendly communication in the workplace, psychological safety. Poor diversity, with very few women in engineering positions.
